Daily Disposable

Contacts meant for daily or one-time use can generally be worn up to 14 to 16 hours with no problem, but your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist may recommend a contact-free hour or two before bedtime in order to rest your eyes. Contacts designed for continual use can be worn overnight, but, again, be sure to follow your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist’s instructions
